About Us

Janine Hoffman, the illustrator of Steele Destinies graduated with a degree in Fine Arts from Long Island University. Painting and drawing since she was eight, Janine has been influenced by such diverse artists as Salvador Dali, Michelangelo, Boris Vallejo, and Heavy Metal magazine. Her fantasy art has been shown in numerous galleries in New York and Florida. 

Mike Weed, the co-author of Steele Destinies graduated from Texas Tech with a degree in creative writing and currently works as a documentation specialist for a major telecommunications firm in Dallas. Mike brings his expertise in documentation layout and design to Steele Destinies. He is a heavy reader of fantasy, science fiction, and humor. 

Andrew Vaughan, the author of Steele Destinies graduated from Dartmouth College. He is a consummate storyteller and believes a tale well told contains action, humor, horror, and suspense. Andrew is an avid comic reader, collector, and movie buff.
